What is Document Delivery?

Document delivery is a service, whereby the FSMed Library obtains journal articles not held in the FSMed Library on your behalf from other libraries.

Who can use this service?	How much will it cost?	How will I receive item?
FSMed staff	$18.00 per article	E-mail
FSMed internal students	$3.00 per article	Notified via E-mail
FSMed external students (DFLU)	No Cost	E-mail
External Borrowers	$18 per article	E-mail / Mail

How do I make a request?

Print and fill in the electronic document delivery form or fill in a hard copy at the library circulation desk. Hand deliver it to Vasemaca, Library Assistant.

How long will it take?

Approximately 5-10 working days to obtain and process your request. If, for some reason your request cannot be obtained, you will be contacted.
